Student Assistant (m/f/d) in Marketing & Sales

Your responsibilities:

• You support our Marketing & Sales Managers in planning, implementing, and evaluating campaigns and projects focused on lead generation and participant acquisition.
• You actively work with our CRM system, support the distribution of sales mailings and newsletters, and analyze data to optimize ongoing activities.
• You conduct market and competitor research and monitor current trends and developments in Marketing & Sales.
• You support the creation and maintenance of content for our website, newsletters, and social media channels, and help optimize copy and visual materials.
• You support the planning and communication of events, from preparation through to follow-up, both online and on-site.
• You coordinate with relevant internal teams, such as the Website and Program Management teams, and help ensure smooth communication and information flow across projects.

Your profile:

• You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Business, or a related field.
• You are interested in Marketing & Sales processes and ideally have some initial experience supporting projects or campaigns.
• You work carefully, independently, and in a structured manner and have strong organizational skills.
• You are eager to learn and work with new tools and systems, such as CRM and mailing platforms, Canva and tracking tools, and enjoy creating engaging content, including copy, videos, and graphics for social media.
• You have strong English communication skills and good German skills.
