### **Aufgaben und Pflichten:**

• Praxisnahe Steuerung des Schichtbetriebs in einer Serienfertigung
• Einsatzplanung und Teamzuweisung (Verantwortung für 3–5 Maschinenbediener pro Schicht)
• Unterstützung des Werksleiters bei der Umsetzung von Produktionszielen
• Identifikation und Behebung von technischen und organisatorischen Problemen während der Schicht
• Durchführung kleinerer Maschinenstörungen und Unterstützung bei der Fehlerbehebung
• Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Arbeitsanweisungen
• Klare Kommunikation zwischen Schichtmitarbeitern, Technik und Führungsebene
• Förderung eines positiven Teamklimas und Leistungsmanagement innerhalb des Schichtteams

### **Erforderliche Fähigkeiten und Qualifikationen:**

• Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der technischen/industriellen Produktion (Fertigung, Serienproduktion)
• Ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und eine praktische Arbeitsweise
• Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung und Schichtkoordination
• Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind zwingend erforderlich
• Fähigkeit, Probleme proaktiv zu erkennen und praktikable Lösungen umzusetzen
• Gute zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten (Kommunikation mit Mitarbeitern und Werksleitung)
• Grundkenntnisse in der Maschinenwartung oder -störung sind von Vortei

### **Senior Shift Leader (m/f/d) – Full-Time, Permanent**

Are you a hands-on leader with strong experience in plant operations and mass production?

We are looking for a **Senior Shift Leader** to oversee daily production activities, manage team performance, and solve problems on the ground level. This position plays a vital role in ensuring productivity, quality, and teamwork across all shifts.

As a Senior Shift Leader, you will coordinate shift operations, manage team allocations, and ensure smooth communication with both subordinates and upper management. You will be expected to proactively identify issues, implement solutions, and support continuous improvement within the production environment.

### **Responsibilities:**

• Hands-on management of shift operations in a high-volume manufacturing setting
• Team allocation and shift planning, including supervision of 3–5 machine operators
• Support the Plant Leader in coordinating production targets and daily goals
• Identify and solve operational and technical problems during the shift
• Provide small-scale troubleshooting of machines and ensure minimal downtime
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures
• Maintain clear and effective communication across departments and teams
• Promote a positive team environment and manage performance of shift staff

### **Required Skills and Qualifications:**

• Proven experience in technical or industrial settings (plant-based, mass production)
• Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on working attitude
• Experience in people management and team coordination
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Able to actively find issues and implement practical solutions
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (interface with operators and plant leadership)
• Familiarity with basic mechanical troubleshooting is a plus
