Your Mission

Reporting directly to the CIO, you will lead Circet Germany’s business applications, digitalization roadmap and IT delivery capabilities.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Applications & Digitalisation
• You manage the business-critical applications landscape, including ERP / Dynamics 365, CRM, analytics, automation and integrations.
• You define the digitalization roadmap and identify pragmatic AI and automation opportunities.
• Architecture & Delivery
• You lead key IT and digital programmes, define architecture and delivery standards, and ensure clear prioritization and measurable results.
• You lead project managers, business analysts and delivery resources, translating business needs into pragmatic and scalable solutions.
• Governance & Stakeholders
• You manage external partners, budgets, risks and delivery quality, and handle functional escalations for business-critical applications.
