charles is looking for a talented and creative Product Designer with a focus on UX. The ideal candidate should have an eye for details and a strong passion for conceptual thinking & visual design. We offer an open and creative environment that helps you develop your skills to create beautiful and outstanding experiences.
It’s better to have a conversation
charles is a SaaS startup that enables brands to use the full potential of WhatsApp Business. With our platform, businesses can chat with customers, send marketing campaigns, sell products, analyze results, and automate processes. And we go beyond the tech to offer ongoing consultancy for future success. Our vision is to become the global backbone of conversational commerce (cCom): a world in which all consumers can enjoy personal, rewarding, heartfelt conversations with the brands they love.
Founded by Kapten & Son co-founder, Artjem Weissbeck, and ex-McKinsey e-commerce lead, Andreas Tussing, charles is backed by Salesforce Ventures, Accel, and HV Capital. In July 2022, we received €20 million in our Series A funding round and are now pushing for the next big stage of our growth. This makes now a good time for you to join us on this journey!
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for the usability and the visual appearance of aspects of our B2B software solution, a web application in the field of conversational commerce. You will work in close coordination with the Product Owner and Product Manager of your product team and collaborate with the engineers in your team. You accompany the implementation of your mockups during the sprint process. You stand up for your work and present it with passion and a winning personality to colleagues and our customers.
