DeTeAssekuranz - Deutsche Telekom Assekuranz-Vermittlungsgesellschaft mbH
About this job
As an insurance broker for Deutsche Telekom, DeteAssekuranz has been the first point of contact for individual and reliable insurance solutions for over three decades. We support our customers with professional expertise and needs-based advice — throughout the Group and for our corporate clients and their diverse insurance requirements.
We focus on people. We don't advise just anyone — we support the people who move our Group every day: our own colleagues. They form your consistent and trustworthy customer base, which you actively support with your expertise.
And through our Family & Friends program, you are also helping people who are particularly important to our colleagues.
In short: Your advice helps to create security — and is therefore a valuable part of our joint success.
Your mission
As Senior Marketing Manager — Trends & Innovation (m/f/d) , you will actively shape how our marketing will develop in the coming years.
You're not just watching what's changing in the market. You evaluate which of these are relevant to us , translate developments into concrete marketing approaches and consistently bring new ideas from initial impetus to implementation.
In doing so, you move between strategy, innovation, technology and communication — with plenty of creative leeway and direct influence on our future market and customer approach.
What do you do with us
Identify and classify trends: You identify relevant developments in marketing, customer experience, technology, AI, digital business models and changing customer behavior and derive concrete opportunities for us from this.
Use AI wisely: You identify areas of application for generative AI, automation and data-based marketing technologies and put them into practice together with relevant stakeholders.
Bringing innovation to marketing: You develop new marketing approaches, formats and use cases and test them pragmatically — from the first experiment to a scalable concept.
Rethink customer experiences: You question existing customer journeys and develop ideas on how we can reach our customers more easily, more effectively and personally.
Develop new target groups and potential: You analyse market and customer developments and use them to develop innovative approaches for positioning, offers, content and campaigns.
Translating strategy into implementation: You don't turn trends into presentations for the drawer, but specific initiatives, pilots and marketing measures with measurable added value.
Set impulses in the company: You bring in new perspectives, convince different stakeholders and create enthusiasm for new ideas.
Use networks: You work closely with specialist departments, sales, product managers and other units in the Deutsche Telekom environment as well as with external partners and service providers.
What sets you apart
You are not a classic marketing generalist who simply manages existing measures. You are curious, analytical and effective — and enjoy questioning things and making them better.
Ideally, you should bring:
several years of relevant professional experience in strategic marketing, innovation management, digital marketing, customer experience or a comparable environment
a keen sense of social, technological and marketing trends
Experience in developing concrete concepts, campaigns or new solutions from trends and insights
Profound understanding of modern digital marketing tools and channels
practical experience or high level of application security in using generative AI and new marketing technologies
strategic strength combined with a true hands-on mentality
the ability to communicate complex relationships in a comprehensible and convincing way
Security in stakeholder management and the joy of interdisciplinary cooperation
entrepreneurial thinking and the courage to try out new paths
a good understanding of data, KPIs and the measurability of marketing impact
Experience in the insurance sector is welcome, but not necessarily decisive for us. It is more important to us that you bring new perspectives and have the desire to actively develop an industry with great transformation potential.
Why this role is special
Insurance must be explained. Trust is crucial. At the same time, digitalization, artificial intelligence, new customer expectations and innovative business models are fundamentally changing the industry.
That is exactly where your opportunity lies.
With us, you can combine the proximity to Deutsche Telekom with the design options of a specialized insurance broker. You work in an environment where stability and innovation don't have to be mutually exclusive.
You're not just given the task of doing marketing. You will have the opportunity to help shape how marketing works for us in the future.
What you can expect from us
high scope for designing new ideas and marketing approaches
the opportunity to put trends and innovative technologies into practice at an early stage
short distances and direct exchange with relevant decision makers and specialist areas
a diverse business environment between insurance, telecommunications, technology and digitization
Collaboration within Deutsche Telekom's strong ecosystem
a professional environment with a long-term perspective
Room for personal initiative, experimentation and personal development
Sound like you?
Then we would not only like to get to know your resume, but above all to find out which development you think will change marketing the most in the coming years — and what you would make of it.
We are looking forward to your application.
