Senior Product Designer (Part-time 80% / 32 hrs)

Requirements

• You have around 6–8 years of experience in product design, ideally working on digital consumer products.
• Availability for a fixed 32 hours per week (80%)
• Strong experience designing end-to-end product experiences across mobile and web.
• Advanced skills in Figma, interaction design and prototyping.
• Strong hands-on user research experience — not only consuming research, but planning and conducting it yourself.
• The ability to simplify complex, data-heavy or sensitive topics into clear customer experiences.
• Strong product thinking and the ability to connect design decisions to customer and business outcomes.
• Experience working closely with Product, Engineering and Data in cross-functional teams.
• Confidence working independently and taking ownership from ambiguity through delivery.
• German at C1 level or above, including the ability to conduct customer interviews and usability studies.
• Berlin-based (Hybrid Working Model)
• Strong practical experience using AI tools in your design workflow — for example in exploration, synthesis, prototyping or documentation.
• A collaborative, kind and constructive working style.
• Experience in fintech, banking, financial services or another regulated/data-intensive environment is a strong plus.
