We are looking for a

Business Planning Manager (m/f/d)

In this newly created role, you will be the central link between commercial planning, financial targets and operational execution, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Logistics, Finance and MANI Headquarters in Japan.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead annual budgeting, mid-term planning and rolling forecasts
• Develop sales forecasts and manage the PSI (Production, Sales & Inventory) planning process
• Analyze sales, profitability, inventory and overall business performance
• Monitor key KPIs, identify variances and recommend corrective actions
• Improve forecast accuracy, inventory turnover and product availability
• Develop management reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
• Coordinate planning activities across functions and with MANI Headquarters
• Support new product launches and initiatives to improve profitability and operational efficiency

Your Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in business, commercial, demand or supply chain planning, or financial planning & analysis
• Highly valued: S&OP experience and a background in medical devices, healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and demand/inventory planning
