Key responsibilities in your new role
standards and best practices.- **Define content** structures, taxonomy and metadata approaches. - **Drive initiatives** that improve content reusability, quality and lifecycle management.- **Establish requirements** for structured and AI-ready content. - **Develop guidance, playbooks and enablement material** for content stakeholders.- Identify information and content gaps, structural dependencies and improvement opportunities across key business priorities.- **Partner with divisional and central teams** to ensure alignment and adoption of content standards. - Support the continuous evolution of information and content capabilities, governance and ways of working.
in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems,
Computer Science, Innovation Management, or a related field additional qualifications in Digital Transformation or Artificial Intelligence are a plus- At least **5 years professional experience in Content Architecture, Information Architecture, Content Strategy or Content Governance.** - Strong understanding of taxonomy, metadata and structured content principles. - Experience building scalable frameworks, standards or operating models. - Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions. - Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills in a matrix environment. - Very good communication and presentation skills in English, German is a plus.
