What you will do

• Own the global Womanizer brand strategy, positioning, and priorities, ensuring consistency across markets and channels.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, from planning and positioning through to evaluation.
• Translate consumer insights, market trends, and business objectives into impactful brand strategies and initiatives.
• Partner with product teams on portfolio and roadmap recommendations that support brand goals.
• Lead integrated marketing and campaign planning with creative, content, media, PR, and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor brand and commercial performance, using data and insights to drive optimization and continuous improvement.
• Manage brand budgets and marketing investments to maximize impact and business results.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and potential risks.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and execution across all consumer and trade touchpoints.
• Present brand strategies, performance updates, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

What you should bring

• Proven experience in brand management, ideally within a consumer-facing, lifestyle, beauty, FMCG, retail or similarly fast-paced environment.
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate business and consumer insights into clear brand plans.
• Commercial and data-driven mindset, with confidence working with performance data, budgets, KPIs and business results.
• Strong creative judgement and the ability to develop, challenge and shape ideas with creative and cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing product launches and integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through to execution.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives independently across multiple teams and markets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align different stakeholders.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and the confidence to bring new ideas and perspectives.
• Proven ability to effectively lead, support, and develop a small team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
