What You Bring

• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related discipline
• Extensive leadership experience in operational and strategic procurement within an international industrial environment
• Proven track record in managing large purchasing volumes and leading procurement organizations.
• Strong expertise in supplier management, sourcing strategies, commercial negotiations, contract management, and supply chain optimization
• Experience managing procurement activities for complex project-based businesses
• Demonstrated success in cost reduction, value creation, risk mitigation, and supplier performance improvement initiatives
• Fluent English and German language skills
• Business travel readiness as part of the role (25%)

About the Team

Our Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector. Increasing electrification and efficiency are key and demand for green H2 and derivative fuels will rise. We enable decarbonization of the industrial sector and the transition to sustainable processes, building on a strong industrial customer base, a global network, diverse technologies, and integrated execution capabilities. Candidates want to learn about the divisions they will be joining-the structure, how it works together, and the role it plays in driving Siemens Energy’s mission forward.
