ForEveryone is a Berlin-based social enterprise. We strengthen social participation, democracy and wellbeing in urban spaces. We run Community Café No. 52 at Boxhagener Platz, host creative workshops for international Berlin residents, and deliver European projects with partner organisations across several countries.
You will have two equally important areas of responsibility: running our European projects day to day, and step by step growing into writing funding applications alongside an experienced colleague.
1. Project coordination – Help plan and run project events and workshops, often together with international partners – Stay in contact with our partner organisations across Europe – Keep track of timelines, tasks and budgets – Take notes and prepare reports for our funders
2. Funding and proposal development – Learn how to research funding programmes and write funding proposals, with support from a colleague — you'll grow into this mainly by doing it – Help manage grants and funding documentation across our projects – Build up your understanding of EU and German funding structures over time
\*\*If you only have basic experience with writing funding proposals so far, that's totally fine.\*\* We'll support you in building this further, and most of the learning happens on the job.
\*\*Nice to have (not required):\*\* grant management, project proposals, NGO experience, event planning, fundraising, impact-oriented thinking.

1. Projektkoordination – Du hilfst bei der Planung und Durchführung von Projektveranstaltungen und Workshops, oft mit internationalen Partnern – Du stehst im itpläne, Aufgaben und Budgets im Blick – Du machst Notizen und bereitest Berichte für unsere Fördergeber vor
2. Fördermittelakquise und Antragsentwicklung – Du lernst, wie man passende Förderprogramme findet und Förderanträge schreibt – mit Unterstützung einer Kollegin, wobei das meiste davon durchs Machen entsteht – Du hilfst bei der Verwaltung von Fördermitteln und der zugehörigen Dokumentation – Du baust dir nach und nach ein Verständnis für EU- und deutsche Förderstrukturen auf
\*\*Wenn du bisher nur Grundkenntnisse im Schreiben von Förderanträgen hast, ist das völlig in Ordnung.\*\* Wir unterstützen dich dabei, das weiter auszubauen, und das meiste lernst du direkt in der Praxis.
\*\*Von Vorteil (keine Voraussetzung):\*\* Fördermittelmanagement, Projektanträge, NGO-Erfahrung, Eventplanung, Fundraising, wirkungsorientiertes Denken.
