Technical Site Manager

• Own daily administrative workflows: You are in charge of keeping the operational side of the business up and running together with the leadership.
• Coordinate logistics between our Munich office and testing facilities: You ensure smooth operational processes for hardware, equipment, and prototypes delivery.
• Plan and execute team events and offsites: You play a vital organisational part for the team culture by planning and organising the team events. You will build the execution machinery to make it happen.
• Sparring partner for all departments: We are building an AI-first company, your input on operations across functions serves as valuable starting point to automate and enhance all functions to the max with AI.
• Special operational projects : You make sure that operationally opening new offices runs smoothly across Europe. Furthermore, you support with coordination and logistics of national and international military exercise participations and testing campaigns.
• Unbounded responsibilities : If you see critical things not happening, you take additional responsibility and make sure nothing falls under the table.

• Must have: Native German and strong conversational English .
• Exceptional attention to detail and a structured, reliable way of solving problems.
• A hands-on execution mindset: you enjoy getting things done and keeping core processes running.

• Intro Call - virtual, 30 minutes with Eugene, Head of Talent
• 2nd Interview - virtual, 30 minutes with Michael, Chief of Staff
• Onsite visit : Here, we will go through some responsibilities together as we want to understand how you approach them
• Dinner/lunch (in person) : We would love to get to know you in person and tell you about how we work at SE3.
