Group Process Manager Sales & Procurement (m/f/d)

The Technology you’ll work with:

• SAP S/4HANA as our new group-wide ERP platform, especially SD and MM
• Salesforce as our CRM platform
• SAP Signavio for process modelling and documentation

Ihr Profil

What we are looking for:

• Significant experience in Sales, Procurement or commercial process management – ideally in process ownership, business transformation or consulting
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash and/or Procure-to-Pay processes – ideally across the interfaces of both
• Strong SAP process knowledge , preferably SAP S/4HANA SD and/or MM; SAP Signavio is a plus
• Ability to lead complex process discussion s and translate business requirements into well-founded process and system recommendations across functional boundaries
• Experience in wholesale, distribution, chemicals or another complex, international B2B environment
• Confidence in facilitating workshops and aligning stakeholders from operational teams to management level
• Experience working with agile teams , Product Owners, consultants and developers
• Analytical and pragmatic mindset with the drive to challenge established processes
• Fluent English (C1) , German is an advantage, and willingness to travel within Europe when required
