• Automate marketing work : Build data workflows and automations that replace manual, repetitive work for our marketing teams.
• Build internal tools and reporting : Create the tools our marketers use every day.
• Keep things reliable : Test, monitor and troubleshoot our systems so they keep working as volumes and use cases grow.
• Raise the bar : Shape architecture and engineering standards, review code, mentor other engineers, and work closely with Marketing and platform teams.

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Strong Python skills.
• Experience designing and integrating REST APIs, including OAuth2-based authentication.
• Solid SQL and experience with relational databases.
• Experience shipping software with containers, cloud infrastructure (ideally AWS) and CI/CD.
• You write tested, maintainable code and take ownership of it in production.
• You use AI tools in your daily work and are curious about where AI can help.

Soft skills

• Ownership mindset: You take work from idea to production and stay accountable for it.
• Business sense: You turn business needs into simple, effective technical solutions.
• Communication: You explain technical topics clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Pragmatism: You know when to build something reusable and when a simple solution is enough.
