Tasks

You will work directly with our Head of Venture Development and our founder on further scaling Gauder and enabling levers for future growth.

• Identify Growth Levers: Scout and analyze new product categories, international markets, and sales channels to validate and unlock major expansion potential.
• Drive Project Ownership: Take full 0-to-1 ownership of high-impact growth projects, coordinating execution across teams (e.g. Supply Chain, Marketing, Product).
• Deliver Strategic Insights: Deep-dive into global sales and portfolio data, creating essential reports and forecasts that serve as the foundation for management decision-making.
