Account Executive

We value engineering depth, thoughtful experimentation, and useful results. Your work will help bring that value to manufacturers across the US.

Tasks

Join our GTM team in Munich, Germany and work with the founders to build our presence across European markets, based in Munich. Own the full sales cycle, from identifying manufacturers with a real engineering challenge to discovery, product demos, paid pilots and annual contracts. Partner with Engineering on technical deployment and customer outcomes.

Build your own pipeline. Open new conversations through outbound email, LinkedIn, trade shows, and industry networks.

• Understand the customer. Run discovery with plant leaders, engineering managers, and operations leaders.
• Show the value. Deliver product demos and build ROI cases around the customer’s own data and workflows.
• Close the deal. Move opportunities from paid pilot to annual license.
• Work as one team. Partner closely with our engineering team, who lead technical deployment.
• Help shape how we sell. Bring field feedback to Product and leadership, and document what works.

Profile

• Experience owning the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting to close, in software or technical services.
• A track record of generating your own pipeline and building credible business cases with customers.
• The ability to work with engineering, operations and business leaders through complex buying decisions.
• Knowledge of European industrial markets, or evidence that you can develop a new market.
• German for customer conversations and workshops, and English for international collaboration.
• Willingness to visit customers and industry events. Travel and working arrangements will be discussed during the hiring process.
• Must be fluent in English and German
