Senior Expert Marketing Planning & Performance (m/f/d)

About the role

Marketing planning at Redcare Pharmacy spans several countries, channels and disciplines. Different market realities, investment priorities and planning approaches need to come together in one integrated view that enables better and faster decisions.

As Senior Expert Marketing Planning & Performance, you will build the planning function within our Marketing Analytics & Technologies team and take ownership of the end-to-end marketing planning process – from annual operating planning and in-year forecasting to regular budget and performance reviews.

Working closely with Country Marketing Representatives, channel teams, Country Management and Controlling, you will establish a consistent planning framework while preserving the flexibility needed by individual markets. CDM, CLV and contribution targets will provide the common steering logic, complemented by insights from attribution, incrementality testing and Marketing Mix Modelling.

This is a senior individual-contributor role without direct reports. Your leadership will come from expertise, clear governance and the ability to align stakeholders around shared decisions. Rather than focusing on pure analytics or reporting, you will turn data into recommendations, build effective processes and create a planning setup that works across markets.
