Ihr Profil

• Qualifikation im Flugzeugbau, Ingenieurwesen oder in der Luft- und Raumfahrt oder ein technisches Studium, jeweils mindestens auf Meisterniveau
• Jeweils mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Flugzeugbau, in der Luftfahrtmechanik, in der Prozessverbesserung, im Qualitätsmanagement und in der Qualitätssicherung
• Mehr als vier Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Wartung oder Instandhaltung in der Luft- und Raumfahrt
• Detaillierte Spezialkenntnisse in SAP und Kenntnisse in Google Workspace
• Gute Kenntnisse im Prozessmanagement und in Problemlösungsmethoden des Total Quality Management
• Mindestens verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Selbstständige, gut organisierte und flexible Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte Detailgenauigkeit und lösungsorientierter Umgang mit komplexen Aufgaben
• Proaktive Teamfähigkeit, Bereitschaft zum offenen Wissensaustausch und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in Multi Functional Teams (MFT) über lokale und globale Schnittstellen hinweg sowie an einem dynamischen, unterstützenden Teamumfeld

For more than 25 years, HESYS Engineering has connected technical specialists with demanding assignments for customers in aerospace, defence and high-tech. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

As a Quality Conformance Manager, you safeguard quality across the spare parts and kits portfolio. You manage NOE, QSR and CAPRI notifications as well as Airworthiness Directives, coordinating actions with experts across the worldwide organization.

Your tasks

• Systematically monitor, validate and analyze incoming Notification of Escape (NOE) and Quality Survey Report (QSR) requests to assess their operational impact on spare parts and kits
• Define, align and implement rapid containment actions to mitigate quality defects and prevent non-conforming items from affecting customer operations
• Manage Discrepancy Reports (DR) related to NOE, QSR and CAPRI processes; collaborate across functions to validate, execute and close quality tasks
• Analyze and resolve Airworthiness Directives (AD)
• Participate in internal and external quality audits to demonstrate Satair’s compliance with QSR processes and aerospace standards
• Collaborate with colleagues across international locations, manage a global expert network and contribute specialized QSR expertise to cross-functional transformation and process improvement projects

Your profile

• Qualification in aircraft construction, engineering or aerospace, or a technical degree programme, in each case at least at master craftsman level
• More than three years of professional experience in each of the following: aircraft construction, aviation mechanics, process improvement, quality management and quality assurance
• More than four years of professional experience in aerospace maintenance
• Detailed specialist knowledge of SAP and knowledge of Google Workspace
• Good knowledge of process management and Total Quality Management problem-solving methods
• German and English at negotiation level
• An independent, well-organized and flexible approach, strong attention to detail and a solution-driven approach to complex tasks
• A proactive team player who openly shares knowledge and enjoys working in Multi Functional Teams (MFT) across local and global interfaces and in a dynamic, supportive team environment
