### **Flavourist (m/f/d)**

Since 1899, we have specialized in the development and production of high-quality flavours and products for bakeries and confectioneries, for artisanal ice cream production and industrial food production.

We are looking for a **Flavourist (m/f/d)** to join us as soon as possible, on a fixed-term contract until **30.06.2027**.

### **Your Tasks:**

• Development of new flavors or modify existing flavors to meet customer requirements, internal needs.
• Working close together with the analytical team
• Handling of projects in close cooperation with Application, Marketing, Sales
• Selection of flavors to answer customer needs.
• Evaluation and introduction of new raw materials
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized lab environment
• *Your Profile:**
• You have a Flavor Master degree from ISIPCA or similar Flavorist education
• You have experience in the development of sweet flavors
• You have good knowledge of flavor raw materials
• You have excellent sensory and creative skills
• You have good knowledge of food and flavor law
• Knowledge of sensory analysis tools
• You are competent in using common MS Office programs
• Fluent language skills in English and basic level in German would be appreciated
• You have the ability to work in a team and with a high level of initiative
• Good communication skills
