• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen oder in Luft- und Raumfahrt, jeweils mindestens auf Bachelor-Niveau
• Jeweils mehr als vier Jahre Berufserfahrung in Arbeitsvorbereitung, Fertigung oder Produktion, Flugzeugbau, Manufacturing Engineering sowie Produktionsplanung und -steuerung
• Mehr als fünf Jahre Erfahrung in der Luftfahrt sind zwingend erforderlich; Kenntnisse der Produktionsprozesse im Flugzeugbau sind erforderlich
• Kenntnisse der Detailfunktionen von SAP sowie Kenntnisse in Google Workspace
• Grundkenntnisse in Projektmanagement und Prozessmanagement; Kenntnisse in Skywise sind von Vorteil
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

For more than 25 years, HESYS Engineering has connected technical specialists with demanding assignments for customers in aerospace, defence and high-tech. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

As an Aircraft Manager, you will work in the Final Assembly Line (FAL) of the Single Aisle programme. You will plan work packages, coordinate the team and manage communication with customers, suppliers and internal departments.

Your tasks

• Plan work packages, coordinate the team and support it on technical matters
• Support national and international customers and suppliers
• Prepare, coordinate and moderate production meetings
• Align and monitor goals relating to specific topics
• Initiate measures to resolve internal and external disruptions and coordinate remaining work
• Manage complaints concerning internal suppliers
• Monitor and control delivery performance and assess related risks
• Contribute to national and international projects and prepare reports

Your profile

• Completed degree in engineering or aerospace, in each case at least at bachelor’s level
• More than four years of professional experience in each of the following fields: work preparation, manufacturing or production, aircraft manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, and production planning and control
• More than five years of aviation experience are mandatory; knowledge of production processes in aircraft manufacturing is required
• Knowledge of detailed functions in SAP and knowledge of Google Workspace
• Basic knowledge of project management and process management; knowledge of Skywise is an advantage
• Business-fluent German and English
• An independent, structured and results-oriented approach; strong persuasion and assertiveness; excellent communication skills for working with contacts at all levels and maintaining business relationships
• Flexibility for possible Saturday work
