Mandatory internship performance marketing and social media

VAERM is a young brand on a mission to redefine warmth. Our first product, the VAERM bottle, is an electric hot water bottle with patented heating technology developed in Germany: warm in minutes, five heat levels, no boiling water, no leaks. We sell direct-to-consumer across Europe and are growing fast, with more than 10,000 orders so far. Now we're looking for someone who wants to help build a brand from the ground up, with real responsibility from day one.

Tasks

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Instagram & Facebook) and other channels, from targeting and budgets to A/B tests and reporting.
• Create ad creatives, including short-form video, static ads, and UGC-style content, and iterate based on performance data.
• Support media buying decisions and analyze KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
• Manage our Instagram presence: content planning, posting, community management, and trend scouting.
• Source, brief, and manage creators and influencers, and coordinate brand collaborations.
• Contribute your own ideas on how VAERM should look, sound, and grow.
