Senior Enterprise SDR

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Enterprise Sales Development Representative, you will own the outreach into Enterprise manufacturing and industrial accounts. You'll work closely with our Sales team to prospect and nurture relationships with CFO, CPO, CEO and CIO stakeholders, and drive sales opportunities for our Agentic AI platform automating Purchase-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash. You will have a proactive approach and work to accelerate the sales process, convert leads into qualified opportunities, and consistently hit sales targets.

TECH STACK

You will work with a sharp outbound stack: HubSpot as our CRM and source of truth, Clay for enrichment and signal-based prospecting, Claude for AI assisted tasks and research, and LinkMatch to keep LinkedIn and HubSpot in sync without manual logging.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Take ownership of strategic outreach into Enterprise manufacturing and industrial accounts through cold calls and personalized messages, engaging CFO, CPO, CEO and CIO stakeholders.
• Craft tailored value propositions by understanding the unique pain points of stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and IT in Purchase-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Prospect large accounts and build multi-threaded stakeholder maps across Finance, Procurement, IT and the executive sponsor.
• Run and present in 30-minute discovery calls with C-level stakeholders. You own the meeting, not just the booking.
• Stay ahead of the market by continuously updating your commercial knowledge, analysing procurement and finance processes, and tracking industry trends in Agentic AI and ERP automation.
• Prioritise complex tasks with clients, flagging bottlenecks early rather than late to keep things moving forward.
• Carry a quota of 1.2M ARR closed-won sourced per year.

WE'RE EXCITED ABOUT YOU BECAUSE

• You have 2-4 years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales environment, ideally selling into manufacturing, industrial or finance/procurement buyers, and a track record of building stakeholder maps in complex enterprise accounts while consistently exceeding sales targets.
• You communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively, with the ability to adapt your style to a CFO, CPO, CEO or CIO conversation.
• You handle rejection with resilience and keep your momentum through long, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
• You're a team player with a sense of ownership and accountability.
• You enjoy problem-solving and have a natural curiosity that drives you to find creative solutions.
• Bonus Points: You have experience selling into Manufacturing, Industrial or Finance/procurement buyers, are familiar with ERP systems or sales tech such as Hubspot and Claude.

WHAT YOU'LL GET

• Training and development. Enjoy a 3-month onboarding process with ongoing support to set you up for success.
• Fair lead allocation. We make sure the playing field is level for everyone. AI algorithms decide, not managers.
• High earning potential. Uncapped commission and expected 6-figure package, and opportunity to participate in common share equity program.
• Equal OTEs. As we share the same incentives, you'll be comped as the Account Executives.
• Flexible locations. Zurich, Munich, Cologne, London. Come work in one of our offices. If you are not based in Zurich, you are welcome to visit your colleagues regularly.
• Opportunities to grow. You're controlling your personal development and career trajectory in a rapidly growing, internationally expanding startup.
• Exceptional colleagues. You'll be growing alongside individuals from exceptional academic backgrounds and careers.
