Senior Operations Manager (f/m/d)

Your profile

• Several years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics management, ideally in fashion, e-commerce, or retail
• Track record of owning a function end-to-end, incl. inventory planning, demand forecasting, and cost/KPI frameworks
• Strong affinity for AI and automation tools, with a genuine drive to make processes more efficient
• Vision and clear understanding of what a state of the art operations set-up and process looks like
• A true hands-on mentality — as comfortable executing as designing the process
• Confident managing external partners and aligning cross-functional teams
• Comfortable with e-commerce and operations tools, e.g. Shopify, Claude, Notion
• Structured, detail-oriented, and ownership-driven working style
• Fluent in English and German; Italian is a plus
• Full-time (100%), based in or around Munich (office option in Munich), but remote-first way of working
