Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Director of Quality Assurance to lead and evolve our QA strategy across our BSS (Business Support Systems) platforms. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality delivery of customer-facing telecom solutions, including billing, CRM, order management, and digital channels. The ideal candidate combines deep QA leadership with strong telecom domain expertise, and brings customer-facing and sales alignment experience—ensuring product quality directly supports customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and successful deal closures.
