Essential Skills

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder Master) im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung.
• Du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Automatisierung, Robotik und mechanischen Konstruktion im Bereich komplexer Maschinen oder Sonderanlagen . Du hast bereits funktionale und zuverlässige Lösungen konstruiert .
• Deine Routine im Umgang mit 3D CAD-Tools (insbesondere SolidWorks) und dein Wissen zu Sicherheitskonzepten (CE) gibt dir die Sicherheit, eigenverantwortlich zu konstruieren.
• Reisetätigkeit ist für Sie selbstverständlich , damit du deine Kunden vor Ort optimal unterstützen und die bestmöglichen Lösungen mit unseren Partnern von der BÄR Automation GmbH entwickeln kannst.
• Du liebst es, Ideen in greifbare Lösungen zu verwandeln – sei es durch durchdachte Konstruktionen, die Zusammenarbeit mit Automatisierungsteams oder Tests und Prototypen, um deine Konzepte zu validieren.
• Du kannst mit Kunden und Lieferanten auf Deutsch und Englisch sicher kommunizieren und ihnen komplexe Themen klar vermitteln.
