The members of our network belong to the most prominent business families in their respective countries and are represented exclusively by their owners. In addition to addressing core questions surrounding family entrepreneurship, the Owners Forum focuses on global economic issues and fosters personal exchange regarding concrete opportunities for cooperation. Around eight times a year, our members gather for forums and dinner events in major international business hubs and inspiring locations such as Singapore, Seoul, New York, Paris, London or Berlin.

To strengthen our Programme Team, we are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Working Student to join us immediately

Your Responsibilities

• Thorough Research & Scouting : You conduct precise, detail-focused research on high-profile speakers and current global economic topics for our international forums and formats.
• Content & Material Creation : You assist in the accurate and high-quality preparation of scripts, overviews, programmes and workshop materials.
• Meticulous Data Maintenance : You maintain our speaker, contact and topic databases with extreme diligence, ensuring the highest standards of data quality and accuracy.
• Project Support : You comfortably juggle a variety of smaller projects simultaneously, keeping an eye on the finer details while maintaining a highly structured and prioritized approach.
