Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, trends, and competitive products. Analyze data to provide insights for sales strategies
Customer Engagement: Assist in managing customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints. Support the development of customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving
Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including order processing, inventory management, and sales reporting
Sell: Assist in preparing sales presentations and individual customer promotion offers
Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to track progress towards sales targets. Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable strategies
Training and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and understanding of the industry
What makes you a good fit
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or (soon to be enrolled in) Master's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Prior internship or work experience in sales or marketing is a plus
Fluent in both spoken and written German, with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with German-speaking clients and customers; strong English language skills for internal stakeholder management are a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools
Analytical mindset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Enthusiasm for the FMCG industry and sales profession
Availability for a full-time internship at our headquarters in Düsseldorf, starting March 2027 for a duration of six months, ideally
