• Build customer &; market understanding: You research customer challenges and the competitive landscape – the foundation for pitches and team decisions, not just a box-ticking exercise.
• Pitches that land: You contribute to presentations, business cases, and concepts that get presented in real customer conversations.
• Content with your fingerprint on it: You help shape materials for sales and marketing campaigns – from website content to campaign assets.
• Projects with your name on them: Depending on current team priorities, you’ll independently own projects end-to-end – whether that’s a revised case study library, a competitive research deck for a new target audience, a content strategy for a campaign topic, or the preparation of an RFP response. The expectation stays the same: you get the responsibility, not just the supporting role.
• Ad-hoc support: Whatever is the current priority – varying in complexity, but always with visible impact.

Your Skillset

• Academic background: You’re currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field.
• Relevant experience: Some practical experience in sales, marketing, or business development is a plus, but not a must – what matters more is your learning curve and drive.
• Skills: You have a confident feel for compelling PowerPoint presentations and are comfortable in Excel, for example when putting together business cases.
• Mindset: You take ownership without being asked, proactively engage with your team, and approach things with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Language skills: You communicate and present confidently in both German and English – and naturally bring a healthy sense of humor.

We offer

• Availability: You have 16–20 hours per week available to work on-site at our Munich headquarters during the semester. During semester breaks, flexible up to full-time hours are possible.
