Consumer Insights Manager

Your Toolkit

• 5+ years in insights, research, strategy, or brand analytics (agency or client-side); travel, marketplace, or consumer tech experience is a plus, not a must
• A track record of running well-designed studies independently and translating mixed signals (reports, trackers, qual/quant) into simple, decision-ready recommendations.
• Solid research craft: writing tight briefs, sound method design and sampling, avoiding bias, and storytelling with evidence.
• Strong communication skills: you translate data into “so what / now what” and adjust depth for execs vs. working teams.
• Initiative and ownership: you drive your projects independently, while knowing when to loop in the Head or escalate a decision.
• A collaborative mindset: you build trust and alignment with stakeholders across functions, even under competing priorities.
• Curiosity: you test new tools and methods and keep an eye on industry thinking (behavioral science, jobs-to-be-done, consumer psychology).
• Hands-on with survey platforms and trackers; comfortable with BI tools (e.g., Looker/GA), spreadsheets, and light stats. Comfortable using AI tools to speed up analysis and synthesis.
• Experience running (or closely supporting) segmentation, brand/creative testing, and campaign effectiveness studies.
• Some experience briefing or coordinating freelancers or agencies on individual projects.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

• Quality, rigor and timeliness of the studies you lead; stakeholder satisfaction (CSAT/NPS) with your work.
• Brand health reporting delivered accurately and on schedule, with issues flagged early.
• Adoption of your insights by stakeholders — “insights-to-action” in your projects.
• Visible contribution to the wider learning agenda and to initiatives led by the Head of Global Customer & Market Insights.
