Requirements

What you need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience with GTM B2B strategy, revenue analytics, forecasting, and business planning.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to turn raw data into clear insights and interpret large sets of data with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
• Clear communicator and influencer, comfortable working with C-level stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and act like an owner to bring structure.
• Skilled in Salesforce and managing a GTM tool stack.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• A valid working permit in Germany.
