What can you bring?

• Experience in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing field with 6+ years of ownership, ideally in eCommerce, membership or subscription businesses
• Comfortability thinking strategically and getting hands-on in campaign execution, leading an Offshore team
• Someone who understands that great CRM combines compelling communication, personalization, customer psychology and data to drive business performance
• Data focused skills, with a solid understanding of CRM KPIs, segmentation, targeting as well as email/push fundamentals (Testing, Deliverability, Tooling, Customer lifecycle Management)
• Excellent collaborator who thrives in a distributed, international, cross-functional and fast paced setup
• Driven, well organized. A person who loves to get things done, right!
