Your tasks

Overview:Overall responsibility for management of customer bids in the system and solution business and for ensuring a professional bid management approach.Responsibilities:- Manage bids and guides all bids to a bid decision within the agreed timelines

Entrepreneurial responsibility for timely, economical, and high-quality proposal preparation up to contract signature
Adherence to the approval process at all management levels
Project planning (determining bid costs, resource requirements, and creating a schedule for proposal preparation)
Ensure bid compliance with internal governance and applicable procurement regulations

Requirements:

Expertise in commercial structuring for complex technology solutions
Knowledge of UC solutions and systems integration models
Ability to manage multi-party projects and contractual complexity
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Familiarity with risk assessment and compliance processes.
Bilingual - German / English proficiency at the business standard required.

Fachwissen im Bereich der kommerziellen Strukturierung komplexer Technologielösungen
Kenntnisse über UC-Lösungen und Systemintegrationsmodelle
Fähigkeit, Projekte mit mehreren Beteiligten und komplexen Verträgen zu verwalten
Ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten im Stakeholder-Management und in der Kommunikation
Vertrautheit mit Risikobewertungs- und Compliance-Prozessen.
