Indirect Spend Purchaser / Procurement (all genders)

YOUR PROFILE

• You hold a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Procurement experience, ideally across Real Estate/Facilities and Professional Services.
• Demonstrated experience in setting up procurement processes or working in fast-paced start-up / scale-up environments.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing high-value service contracts.
• Comfortable balancing strategic category management with operational execution (e.g., PO management).
• Fluent in English (C1 level); German or Polish is a strong advantage depending on location.
