Our client is a globally operating consulting and technology company specialized in digital transformation, process optimization, and IT innovation. To support its growing Talent Acquisition team we are currently seeking a Recruiting Specialist (m/f/d) - French Market to work remotely from Germany.

Aufgaben, Kompetenzen und Verantwortung

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned vacancies

Conduct intake meetings with Hiring Managers to define hiring requirements and recruitment strategies.

Create and publish job postings.

Review and screen applications against role requirements.

Conduct recruiter screening interviews.

Coordinate and manage the interview process.

Collect and document interview feedback.

Guide Hiring Managers throughout the hiring process.

Prepare and present job offers in collaboration with HR and Compensation teams.

Ensure a smooth candidate journey from application through onboarding handover.

Deliver a great candidate experience

Fachliche Anforderungen

Several years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within a technology, consulting, or professional services environment.

Experience recruiting for the French market.

Strong expertise in conducting structured interviews and candidate assessments.

Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills

Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Highly organized, self-driven, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.

Strong communication skills combined with a high level of customer and service orientation.
