Über diese Stelle

Introduction

At QMH, consulting is dynamic and approachable, risk management is anything but a haunted house, our training sessions play in the premier league – and yes, there is room for laughter during audits too.

We are characterized by flat hierarchies, collaborative and project-based leadership, and a high level of individual responsibility – always with the ability to think beyond one’s own area of expertise.

QMH Consulting supports OEMs, suppliers and industrial companies in quality management, supplier management, supplier development, audits, process optimization as well as project and escalation management.

To further expand our China-Europe business , we are looking for an experienced sales professional who can actively position complex consulting and technical services, acquire new customers and independently manage the entire sales process.

Your tasks

Your mission: Turn concrete challenges in quality, supplier management and international supply chains into profitable projects and long-term customer relationships between China and Europe.

Tasks

Your Responsibilities

Strategic new customer acquisition and systematic development of strong customer relationships in China, Germany and across Europe
Active lead generation through phone, email, LinkedIn, WeChat, industry events, referrals and personal customer visits
Key Account Management, including the identification and development of cross-selling, upselling and repeat-business opportunities
Independent management of the entire sales process: from lead and needs analysis to solution concept, proposal, negotiation, contract award and handover to the project team
Proposal management in close cooperation with our technical experts, including scope definition, pricing and customer presentations

Management of price, commercial and contract negotiations with the objective of securing profitable agreements

Independent responsibility for agreed revenue and profitability targets

KPI-based sales management, consistent pipeline management, regular reporting and reliable sales forecasting

Complete documentation of all activities, contacts, proposals and opportunities in our existing HubSpot CRM system

Market and competitor analysis as well as active contribution to the further development of our China-Europe sales strategy

Several years of proven success in B2B sales, business development or the sale of consulting, engineering or technical services
Experience in automotive, automotive supply, industrial manufacturing or quality management
Proven strength in strategic new customer acquisition, proposal management and contract negotiations
Ability to understand technical and commercial customer challenges and translate them into concrete project opportunities
Confidence in using CRM systems, ideally HubSpot , combined with a structured and reliable working style
Entrepreneurial mindset, strong closing skills and willingness to take ownership of revenue and profitability
Native or business-fluent Chinese, very good English and good German
Strong understanding of both Chinese and European business cultures
Willingness to travel regularly to China

Structured onboarding in Hamburg and close cooperation with our management team and technical experts
A key role in the further development of our China-Europe business
A high level of responsibility and freedom to shape your own area
International customers and challenging industrial projects
Flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes
Clear sales processes and professional CRM support through HubSpot
Performance-based compensation consisting of a fixed salary and success-based component
Long-term development opportunities in a growing international business area

Do you want to do more than simply manage contacts? Do you want to actively develop business and take responsibility for your results?

Then we would like to get to know you.

Please send us your CV together with your salary expectations, availability, language skills and a brief overview of your previous sales achievements. We are particularly interested in your experience in the China-Europe business environment and in selling complex consulting or technical services.

Build the business bridge between China and Europe with us.
