Senior Partner Manager (m/w/d)

Qualifications & Core Experience:

• **Education**: A university degree (Master's or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.
• **Track Record:** At least 7 to 10 years of proven professional experience in Strategic Partner Management, Alliance Management, or Tech Procurement within the telecommunications sector.
• **Telecom Infrastructure Expertise**: Deep, long-standing experience in partner management for network infrastructures, including Mobile (5G/6G), Fixed-Line, IP & Transport, Core Network, Service Platforms, and Cloud, specifically mapping to Deutsche Telekom's ecosystem.
• **Future-Tech Literacy**: A strong understanding of the business potential of Artificial Intelligence, machine learning applications in networking, and automation trends, allowing you to identify cutting-edge tech trends.
• *Skills & Competencies:**
• **Virtual Team Steering:** Exceptional track record in organizing, motivating, and leading large-scale programs within virtual, international, and matrixed teams across multiple corporate stakeholders.
• **Agile & Classic Cooperation**: Mastery of both classical and agile project management methodologies to coordinate cross-functional programs.
• **Intercultural Competence**: Extensive experience navigating international business landscapes and managing senior executive relationships across diverse cultures.
• **Analytical Power:** Outstanding conceptual and analytical skills with a collaborative, solution-oriented working style.
• **Languages: **Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is mandatory for this high-level role.
