Motion & Graphic Designer (f/m/x)

What you bring

• Training or degree in graphic, communication or media design or a comparable qualification, plus a portfolio with relevant work samples
• 3+ years of experience in a digital business, e-commerce, an agency or a fast-paced start-up, producing assets at a high output rate
• Experience across formats and channels, from graphics and video editing to motion graphics and social video for paid ads, website, CRM and print, including refining creatives based on performance feedback
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or comparable tools; Figma experience is a plus
• Strong affinity for AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, Veo, Runway, Creatify, Claude) and the drive to build them into your creative workflow
• Hands-on mindset with high ownership: you turn ideas into finished assets quickly, handle shifting priorities well and prefer trial and error over perfectionism
• Fluent English; German is a plus
