Über diese Stelle

At Alpine Eagle, we’re building the future of counter-drone defence. We’re a fast-growing, international deep-tech company working at the intersection of aerospace engineering, defence systems, and machine learning. Our goal: create the world’s first swarm-based, airborne counter-drone system. Modern conflicts show how quickly drones are reshaping the battlefield. Threats are rising, and today’s solutions aren’t keeping pace. We’re here to change that.

Alpine Eagle isn’t just a defence company. It’s a mission. Backed by an international team, strong funding, and a bold vision, we’re looking for people who want to shape the next generation of aerial security and build something that truly matters.

Therefore, we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our communications and marketing activities across multiple channels. Working closely with the Head of Communications & Marketing, you will help coordinate campaigns, create content, support events, and maintain marketing assets that strengthen our brand, engage stakeholders, and support company growth.

🎯 How you will make an impact:

Campaign Coordination : Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels to promote products or services.

Content Creation : Develop marketing materials, including promotional content (brochures, solution briefs), newsletters, social media posts, and presentations.

Event and Project Support : Organize trade shows, meetings, and promotional events, ensuring all logistics and materials are prepared.

Data Analysis and Reporting : Track campaign performance, sales data, and marketing metrics, preparing reports to guide decision-making.

Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including sales, design, and communications, to ensure marketing initiatives align with company goals.

Marketing Operations & Content Management : Maintaining the Asset Library, making sure our website is always up to date and content in information is accessible for internal and external stakeholders.

✅ What you need to be successful:

Initial professional experience in marketing, communications, business, public relations, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience creating content for digital channels, social media, or marketing materials.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common marketing and communication tools.
Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Experience supporting events, trade shows, or conferences.
Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS).
Experience with social media management and marketing analytics tools.
Experience with graphic design, video editing, or content creation tools.
Knowledge of CRM or marketing automation platforms.
Fluent in German and English.

At Alpine Eagle, you're not just taking a job — you're joining a mission.

We are building a team of exceptional people who are mission-driven, working on breakthrough technology with real-world impact.

Don’t hesitate. Apply now and become part of something bigger.
