Seit unserer Gründung arbeiten wir konsequent mit digitalen Prozessen – von der Projektplanung über Aufmaß und Zeiterfassung bis zur vollständigen Dokumentation. Unsere Baustellen sind strukturiert vorbereitet. Improvisation aufgrund fehlender Planung ist bei uns nicht der Standard.
Wir suchen engagierte Elektroniker – unabhängig vom Alter – die professionell arbeiten möchten und Freude an klaren Abläufen haben.

Arbeiten im Neubau und Bestand

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroniker für Energie- und Gebäudetechnik
Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
Interesse an moderner Technik und digitalen Prozessen

Elektro Bäcker is a modern, fully digitally organised master craftsman’s business specialising in high-quality electrical installations and modern building services for both the private and commercial sectors.
Since our foundation, we have consistently worked with digital processes – from project planning through to quantity surveying and time recording, right through to complete documentation. Our building sites are prepared in a structured manner. Improvisation due to a lack of planning is not the norm for us.
We are looking for committed electronics technicians – regardless of age – who wish to work professionally and enjoy clear processes.

Work on both new-build and existing properties
Digital documentation and measurement recording
Working independently in accordance with clear project plans
### Your profile:
Completed training as an electronics technician specialising in energy and building services
Ability to work independently and responsibly
Interest in modern technology and digital processes
Ability to work as part of a team and reliability
Category B driving licence
German language skills of B1 or higher
