Head of Product – SAP (m/f/d)

This is a leadership role at an early-stage company, which means two things at once. You set product strategy and make the big roadmap calls together with the founders, and you still write the spec, sit in the customer workshop and draw the cut line when it matters. Your decisions show up in the product within weeks, running inside some of the largest SAP landscapes in Europe.

What you'll own

• Product strategy. Where Qorelo goes across the transformation lifecycle, which problems we solve first and which we deliberately leave to others. You turn that into a roadmap the whole company understands.
• The roadmap and the calls behind it. You prioritise with evidence from customers, Proofs of Value and the market, and you can defend every call to the founders, to sales and to engineering.
• The product team. You lead our two solution architects today and grow the product team as we scale: hiring, coaching and setting the bar.
• Discovery with real users. Consultants, SAP leads and transformation teams use Qorelo inside live programmes. You and your team sit with them, see where the product wins and where it falls short, and bring that back as decisions, not just notes.
• Product in the sales cycle. You join key customer and partner conversations, shape Proofs of Value with sales, and make sure what we promise matches what we ship.
• The bridge between SAP and AI. SAP depth on one side, an AI-native engineering team on the other. You speak enough of both languages that nothing gets lost, and together with our solution architects you make sure what we ship is usable by SAP people, not just correct.
• Shipping and outcomes. Specs, acceptance criteria, tradeoffs, cut lines and success metrics. Features reach real users on real landscapes, and you own whether they landed.

What you need

• 6+ years of professional experience, with deep hands-on SAP experience: S/4HANA transformation, fit-to-standard, and module-level depth in at least one core area such as FI/CO, SD, MM or PP. Whether you come from SAP consulting, solution architecture or product at an SAP ecosystem software company, all of it counts.
• 4+ years in product: you've owned a B2B product and its roadmap end to end, prioritised with engineering and shipped to enterprise users. Title doesn't matter, ownership does.
• Experience leading people: you have led product managers, solution architects or consultants, and you want to keep building a team.
• A command of the SAP transformation lifecycle and SAP Activate deep enough to be credible with CIOs, Heads of SAP and senior consultants at enterprise clients.
• Strong AI curiosity: you've actually built or worked hands-on with LLM tooling and formed opinions about where it breaks.
• Comfort in an early-stage environment: ambiguity, speed, hands-on work alongside strategy.
• Fluent English. German is a plus for our DACH client base, but not expected.

• You've sat inside an S/4HANA programme and thought "half of this should be software", and you can name which half.
• Consultants trust you on module questions and engineers trust you to write a clear spec.

You've taken a product from its first enterprise customers to something repeatable, and you know what you would do differently next time.

• You know the SAP tool landscape, from Cloud ALM to Signavio and LeanIX, and where the gaps between them are.
• You want your product decisions to run inside DAX 40 landscapes within weeks, not sit in a committee for quarters.
