E-Commerce Campaign Manager (All Genders)

YOUR PROFILE

• You have practical experience in onsite campaign management, shop management, e-commerce, or a similar field. Hands-on experience with onsite campaigns or shop management is essential.
• You are highly organized, structured, and accurate. You have a low tolerance for errors and take full responsibility for the quality of your work, particularly when managing product copy, campaign assets, and launch details.
• You combine attention to detail with commercial curiosity. You don’t just execute campaigns – you want to understand what drives performance, what can be improved, and how new ideas can create better results.
• You are proactive and hands-on. You identify problems, challenge inefficient processes, and follow through on solutions. You’re comfortable working across a broad range of tasks in a fast-moving environment where priorities can evolve.
• You communicate clearly and confidently in both German and English. You enjoy coordinating with multiple stakeholders and can work effectively with E-Commerce, Marketing, Brand & Design, and other internal teams.
• You have a basic understanding of D2C business models, digital marketing, and e-commerce performance.

WHAT MAKES YOUR PROFILE COMPLETE

• You are confident working with Shopify. Hands-on Shopify experience is essential for this role.
• You have worked in a D2C business.
• You are familiar with Asana, Trello, or similar project management tools.
• You understand shop and e-commerce performance and how onsite activities can contribute to commercial results.
• A background in food, consumer goods, retail, or another high-campaign environment is a plus.
• Experience improving processes, automating tasks, or using AI to work more efficiently is a plus.
• Exposure to localization and international markets is a plus.
