Über diese Stelle

Introduction

Kudan gives machines and digital systems spatial intelligence – the ability to understand, navigate and interact with the physical world. Across robotics, digital twins and RTLS, Kudan helps industrial and enterprise customers make physical environments visible, measurable and increasingly autonomous. Our European team is now strengthening the commercial setup that turns this potential into repeatable customer value.

Tasks

DISCOVERY: Lead workshops that separate real requirements from assumptions and expose constraints early.
SOLUTION: Recommend the strongest option and explain trade-offs in customer and business language.
EVIDENCE: Own feasibility, effort, dependencies, technical risks, PoC logic and solution documentation.
PROPOSAL: Provide architecture, assumptions, exclusions and technical content for proposals and tenders.
TRANSFER: Create a structured handover and support material, resolve open scope issues and feed field evidence back to Product.
LEAD DISCOVERY: Translate customer goals, environments and constraints into testable technical requirements.
SHAPE THE SOLUTION: Build credible options and trade-offs with customers, AE, partners, Product and Engineering.
DESIGN PROOF: Design scoped PoCs that answer a buying question and define a credible path to deployment.
PROTECT THE PROMISE: Own technical assumptions, exclusions, effort evidence and the handover to FAE / delivery.

Profile

EXPERIENCE: 5+ years in technical pre-sales, solution consulting, sales engineering or a customer-facing technical role.
CONTEXT: Experience with enterprise or industrial customers and multi-stakeholder technical decisions.

TRANSLATION: You connect complex technical choices to customer value, risk and the buying decision.

JUDGEMENT: Confidence to challenge unsupported requirements, make trade-offs visible and escalate risk early.

COMMUNICATION: Strong workshop facilitation and proposal writing skills. Professional English and German are required; another European language is a plus.

STRONG PLUS: Digital Twin, RTLS, robotics / AMR / AGV, spatial computing, IoT, enterprise integration, PoC design or tenders.

CUSTOMER FRONT LINE: Work directly on real industrial and enterprise problems.
TECHNICAL INFLUENCE: Use field evidence to improve solutions, products and playbooks.
CREDIBILITY OVER THEATRE: Clear trade-offs and delivery reality beat overpromising.
SUCCESS: Technical win rate | PoC to deployment | Scope + effort accuracy | Proposal response quality | Fewer technical surprises | Reusable Europe standards
DEEP TECH: Physical AI and spatial intelligence built from the ground up.
GLOBAL TEAM: UK-founded, Japan-listed; teams in Japan, the UK, Germany and the US.
AUTONOMY: A small senior team, short lines to leadership, real decision scope.
AGILITY + BASE: Listed-company governance with startup speed.
