Offline Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

• At least 2 years of working experience in Offline Marketing for digital brands and/or DRTV.
• Good knowledge of the German media market (audience measurements, sales houses, planning and buying…)
• Strong analytical skills and affinity for working with numbers and Excel.
• Knowledge of the main German planning tools (i.e. TV Control) and competitor analysis tools (i.e. Nielsen)
• Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset, hands-on attitude.
• Excellent understanding of short-/mid-/and long-term campaign impact and the correlation and connection of relevant performance and brand KPIs.
• Efficient and result-oriented working style.
• Practical work experience within a startup and/or in the field of marketing for digital brands is a big plus.
• Good negotiation skills are a plus.
