Senior Event Manager

cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams

• Manage all event logistics including budgeting, scheduling, venue selection, vendor

coordination, staffing, and on-site execution

• Represent Nextcloud at global trade shows, conferences, and partner events
• Adapt and localize event formats for different regions, cultures, and audiences
• Track event performance, gather attendee feedback, and continuously improve

future initiatives

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in event management, ideally within a global B2B or tech

environment

• Proven success in organizing and executing international events across virtual,

hybrid, and in-person formats

• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple events

simultaneously

• Creative mindset and eye for detail in crafting standout event experiences
• Ability to work independently and remotely, with excellent communication and

collaboration skills

• Strong analytical abilities to measure impact and ROI of events
• Fluency in English is required; German or French is highly desirable, other languages are a plus
