Über diese Stelle

Your daily business

Rankings go up. Traffic climbs. The client still asks: so where's the revenue?

This question is exactly what this whole job is all about: GTM-first growth advisory that is channel-agnostic and revenue-focused.

You lead clients toward pipeline. You own the strategic direction of your accounts, decide where the highest-impact bets are, align stakeholders, and make the hard calls. Proactively. End to end.

Imagine this

Your first month at YOYABA gives you an unfiltered view into how organic growth actually drives business. You see what moves the needle for a client, and why.

No boring first week of PDFs and laptop setup. Your team welcomes you properly and drops you straight into real accounts. You sit in the rooms where strategy gets decided, challenge assumptions in sharp sparring sessions, and quickly realize the bar here is high, and so are the people holding it.

The learning curve is steep. You realize quickly what this role actually is: strategic ownership of client growth.

If that resonates with you, keep reading.

What you do

You think in GTM systems and business impact. Not rankings and traffic. Everything else follows from that.

You:

Own the strategic direction of your accounts end to end and lead clients proactively instead of reacting to requests
Translate GTM understanding into organic growth strategies that contribute to pipeline and revenue
Manage stakeholders with clarity: understand their motivations and lead the difficult conversations
Prioritize ruthlessly with 80/20 focus on the highest-impact work

Communicate in a structured, clear way, always at the right strategic or operational level

Deliver consistent, scalable quality across your accounts

Push new ideas and automation that move the discipline forward

Use your team's strengths, escalate early, and keep work distributed properly

You turn insights into clear recommendations and challenge clients and internal leadership with better ideas, proactively.

You raise the quality bar for everyone around you.

In a nutshell: you are an Account Strategist for growth.

You understand organic growth deeply and you know what good actually looks like. You can lead a client conversation and steer it toward business impact.

Solid experience in SEO, organic growth, or GTM/growth advisory, ideally in an agency, SaaS, or B2B environment
GTM understanding and the instinct to think in pipeline and revenue
Strong stakeholder leadership: you align people and lead difficult conversations with confidence

A growth mindset that refuses stagnation

You're ambitious and curious. Confident without being loud.

And you want to grow, strategically and personally.

Pipeline and revenue are the metrics your clients hold you to
You lead account direction instead of taking orders
Stakeholders trust you to make the hard calls and align them behind one strategy
Your deliverables set a standard the team can scale
Our organic growth advisory runs sharper and faster
