Über diese Stelle

Join the team rewriting the rules in private markets.

Moonfare delivers what few others can: the highly sought-after funds and hidden-gem investments that go beyond what most private banks offer. Every opportunity is subjected to a ruthless vetting process; the bar is unforgivingly high. The result? Institutional-quality portfolios for investors who demand more.

Our team combines finance veterans with talent from tech, consulting, law and industries you’d never expect. Headquartered in Berlin, we operate from eight offices across Europe, the US and Asia.

If you're ready to build what's next in private markets, let's talk.

Head of DACH, Investor Relations (m/f/d)

Moonfare is seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial, and relationship-driven Regional Head of DACH to accelerate our growth and deepen our presence among high-net-worth individuals and family offices. In this pivotal role, you will shape and execute our DACH strategy, cultivate key investor relationships, and build a high-performing Investor Relations team. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact as a fast-growing leader in private markets, working closely with senior leadership to drive Moonfare’s next phase of expansion.

You will:

Drive Moonfare’s growth in DACH by leading commercial efforts by leveraging your network and executing proactive, outbound business development

Develop, nurture, and manage strong relationships with family offices and HNNI/UHWNI investors, serving as their primary point of contact post-onboarding to ensure a seamless and value-adding partnership

Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing DACH Investor Relations team focused on delivering exceptional client engagement

Attend industry events, conferences, and networking forums to elevate Moonfare’s brand and expand our investor community

Gather and communicate investor feedback and market intelligence to ensure our offerings remain aligned with investor needs and emerging demand

Collaborate closely with our Marketing team to design and implement an effective regional go-to-market strategy tailored to the DACH market

The next Moonfarian:

Minimum 7+ years of Investor Relations experience, including experience within the DACH market
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Masters degree or MBA is a plus, but not required.
Demonstrated success working with high-net-worth individuals and family offices
A proven track record of converting leads, closing relationships, and driving commercial results
Full professional working proficiency (C1/C2) in German and English is required, including the ability to lead complex business discussions, negotiate commercial terms, and write polished professional correspondence in both languages
Strong relationship-building skills and outstanding stakeholder management capabilities
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach and strong sense of ownership
Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience guiding, motivating, and developing teams to achieve ambitious goals
High integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence

If you feel you do not meet all of the requirements, we still encourage you to apply!

Our clients come first, Moonfare comes second, and we prioritise ourselves third - Client-Centric Focus. Putting clients first means creating value for them is essential. Placing Moonfare second signifies that our individual professional future at Moonfare depends on the company's commercial success. Prioritising ourselves third reflects our humility in putting clients and Moonfare before personal interests.
We pursue excellence and honor our promises - Commitment to Excellence. We hold ourselves to the highest standards, taking responsibility for our failures, and celebrating our successes. We commit to deadlines and stick to them and we learn from our mistakes.
We are here to win and to celebrate our collective achievements - Win together. We are mission-focused and think and act like owners. We exemplify the attitude we expect and each of us commits to do what it takes to succeed.
We foster personal growth but each of us earns our place as a Moonfarian through merit - Growth and Merit. We hire, retain, and develop exceptional people and invest in empowering them to excel. We must all earn our place at the table every day.

We understand the important role that diversity plays in our success. Different backgrounds, experiences and ideas push us further and raise the bar. We're committed to developing an inclusive and safe culture where everyone — regardless of colour, race, religion, sex, origin, sexuality, disability, marital status, citizenship or gender identity — knows that they are an integral part of the team and can bring their full potential to their work.
