Your Mission:

At VÆRIDION, we are redefining what’s possible in sustainable aviation and we’re looking for a Technical Project Manager (all genders) who’s ready to make a tangible impact. This is not just another project management role: It’s a unique opportunity to build the digital backbone of a fast-growing, mission-driven company.

You will take the lead on a high-impact ERP implementation that will transform how we operate, scale, and innovate. Once this foundation is in place, you’ll step into a broader role driving a range of technical and digital initiatives that are critical to our growth journey.

Lead a Business-Critical ERP Transformation
Own and drive the end-to-end ERP implementation: from initial concept to successful go-live and beyond.
Shape how VÆRIDION operates by translating business needs into scalable system solutions.
Bring together cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver a seamless implementation, including integration with our existing PLM system and future MES system.
Anticipate challenges before they arise, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
Ensure smooth data migration, system integration, testing, and user adoption.
Ensure alignment of ERP functionalities with business processes and strategic goals.
Drive High-Impact Technical Projects
Manage multiple technical projects, including software implementations, system integrations, and process improvements.
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams to turn ideas into reality.
Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and methodologies.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
A strong track record of successfully delivering ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
Solid technical understanding of ERP solutions’ general requirements and implementation milestones and the ability to navigate complex integration needs and system landscapes.
Experience managing cross-functional, fast-paced projects with multiple stakeholders.
A hands-on, proactive mindset—you don’t just manage projects, you drive them forward.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to align diverse teams around a common goal.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and/or traditional project management approaches.
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications are a plus.

Be part of an ambitious team determined to shape the future of aviation.
We are an in-office company, but we value flexibility and trust employees to manage their schedules responsibly. This may include occasional remote work or adjusting hours to accommodate personal commitments.
Subsidized EGYM Wellpass membership: your (mental) health is important for us.
Enjoy a subsidized lunch with a 5€ company contribution per meal on office days.
Become a part of our success with virtual stock options.
Choose the option that suits your needs: either a free charging station for your electric car or a public transport job ticket as part of the Deutschlandticket.
Lease a high-quality bicycle or e-bike through our JobRad program and benefit from tax advantages. Whether for your daily commute or personal use, enjoy more mobility and sustainability.
Pension scheme to support your long-term financial security.
Work in one of our offices in Munich or Delft. Enjoy the modern Balan Campus in Munich or work inside the aerospace ecosystem at TU Delft.
Boost your professional as well as personal growth executing your own ideas and independent projects.
Join our internal social events and retreats (e.g. cooking, game nights, sports).

VÆRIDION was founded in 2021 to transform regional air travel with the Microliner, a 100% electric commercial aircraft. By delivering the most energy-efficient aircraft, we are building the future where clean, safe, and affordable electric aviation seamlessly connects people and businesses.
