💡 YOUR MISSION: BUILD OUR GROWTH ENGINE

You are our first Growth Marketing Manager. This is a true 0 to 1 role: you own the path from first touchpoint to sales-ready pipeline in our two largest growth markets, DACH and the US, and you build the system that makes it repeatable. We have proven our model in DACH, and the US is our biggest growth bet. You will build one growth engine that works in both markets, and adapt it where buyers, channels and sales cycles differ.

🚀 YOUR DAILY BUSINESS - NO TWO DAYS ARE ALIKE

• Own pipeline across markets: Take accountability for marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline in DACH and the US. Build the bottom-up plan, run a weekly operating cadence, and make clear calls with Sales and RevOps on what to scale, iterate or stop.
• Run paid acquisition end to end: Own LinkedIn and Meta, plus the new channels you want to test. Audiences, creative testing, budgets and landing pages are yours, measured on pipeline quality and CAC, not on clicks.
• Build the experimentation engine: Set up a process for hypotheses, A/B tests on landing pages, forms, CTAs and nurture flows, with documented learnings and a clear next step after every test.
• Own lifecycle in HubSpot: Build segmentation, nurture, reactivation, lead scoring, routing and lifecycle stages for both markets. Keep leads warm and increase speed-to-lead.
• Make attribution trustworthy: Build campaign and funnel reporting together with RevOps, so we know what marketing sources and influences in each market, even when the data is messy.
• Run account plays with Sales: Work with SDRs and AEs in Germany and the US on ICP, target accounts and outbound enablement, and create campaign assets that help open conversations in a multi-stakeholder, sales-led sale.
• Learn the US market fast: Understand the buyers, operators and channels in US skilled nursing and senior living, and translate what you learn into tested plays, not assumptions.
• Support launches: Contribute to product and market launches together with Product Marketing.
• Build with AI: Design workflows and tools that let a small team do more. The goal is not to use AI, but to build a growth machine that compounds.

🤝 YOUR SKILLSET - WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Demand gen, growth or performance marketing experience in B2B, ideally SaaS or tech and sales-led
• A track record of measurable pipeline, not only top-of-funnel activity
• Hands-on ownership of paid social, ideally LinkedIn, with real budget and a view on pipeline quality
• HubSpot depth: you have built workflows, scoring and lifecycle logic yourself, not only used an existing setup
• An analytical mindset: you can walk us through a test, its result and your decision, and you know the pitfalls of attribution
• Experience working with Sales on MQL criteria, lead quality feedback and ICP, without friction
• Fluent English; German is a strong plus, as DACH is our core market
• Builder energy: you create structure from ambiguity, ship, iterate and work well with people at all levels

Nice to have

• Experience in US B2B SaaS or healthcare technology
• Familiarity with US senior care, skilled nursing or PointClickCare
• Experience in healthcare, care or other regulated, mission-driven industries
• Experience with newer ABM and enrichment tools such as Clay
• SEO and CRO knowledge to work alongside our organic growth team

What sits outside this role

Setting the overall marketing strategy, defining brand and creative direction, producing editorial content, running events, and defining ICP and positioning are owned by others on the team. You work closely with them.
