At our Munich location, our Governance & Market Care Team steers digital marketing activities for BMW and MINI across 24 European markets, enabling data-driven decision-making and consistent, high-quality marketing processes. We combine analytical expertise and innovation to continuously improve digital marketing performance and shape the future of customer engagement across Europe.

What awaits you?

You become part of an international digital marketing team, supporting transformation across 24 European markets of BMW and MINI.

Furthermore, you gain hands-on insights into digital marketing governance, business analytics and data-driven decision-making within a leading premium automotive company.

In addition, you support the analysis of marketing and sales funnel performance using advanced reporting tools, helping derive actionable insights for European markets.

Moreover, you help prepare, validate and interpret data for reverse funnel planning and reporting to improve digital marketing performance.

Furthermore, you contribute to collaboration with international stakeholders to identify optimization opportunities and support data-driven process improvements.

In addition, you support the maintenance and further development of our internal knowledge management platform, including knowledge migration and high-quality documentation across markets.

Moreover, you help coordinate translation processes with internal and external stakeholders, monitor translation quality and support improved multilingual customer communication.

What should you bring along?

Studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Data Analytics, Business Informatics or a related field (advanced Bachelor's or Master's level).
Keen interest in digital marketing, data analytics and business performance management, combined with curiosity about international marketing organizations.
Excellent analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset and the ability to contribute effectively within an international team.
Drive to improve processes, challenge the status quo and bring in innovative ideas, paired with passion for digital transformation and the automotive industry.
Advanced Microsoft 365 skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and experience with reporting or data visualization tools are a plus.
Fluency in German and English would complete your profile.
