Über diese Stelle

We are looking for an ERP Specialist to maintain, integrate and continuously improve our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations environment. You will be the day-to-day owner of the system: you keep it running, connect it to the shop floor, and turn user requests into working, tested changes.

You will work directly with production, finance, procurement and quality. If a material is booked wrong or an order does not reach the line, you are the person who finds the root cause and fixes it.

About us

We're a Germany-based rocketry startup currently in stealth mode, scaling up rapidly to meet the demand for high-performance, reliable, and scalable solid propulsion technologies for space and defense applications. We are building our first production facility in Steyerberg, Lower Saxony, and are applying our knowledge toward serial production of solid rocket motors.

We are working hard to build something truly spectacular.

To thrive here you will need to be comfortable working at pace, with the autonomy to make decisions and execute on them quickly. If you're excited by hard technical challenges and want a role where you will make a real difference each day to the future of the company, we may be the place for you.

At our company, job titles and career progression are earned, not determined by years of experience alone. They reflect the responsibility you take on and the dedication you bring to each project. If you're ready to rise to the challenge, we'd love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

Administer and maintain Dynamics 365 F&O: configuration, security roles, master data, batch jobs and environment management.
Build and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 F&O and the MES/PLC layer, logistics and purchasing partners, reporting tools and external systems.
Support production processes in the ERP: production orders, bills of materials, routings, batch and serial traceability, and inventory movements.
Develop and maintain extensions and reports (X++, data entities, Power BI) to close functional gaps.
Manage updates, quality updates and release testing together with IT and the ERP Lead.
Provide first- and second-level user support and training, and document processes and configurations.
Monitor data quality and integration health, and resolve incidents through root-cause analysis.

What we are looking for

Professional experience administering or implementing Dynamics 365 F&O or a comparable ERP (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX).
Working knowledge of at least two modules: production control, procurement, inventory, finance or project accounting.
Experience building or maintaining system integrations (REST/OData APIs, data import and export, middleware).
Structured problem-solving and strong documentation habits.
The ability to work independently and handle several user requests in parallel.
A degree in business informatics, computer science, industrial engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Desirable experience

X++ development experience and Dynamics 365 F&O certification.
Azure Integration Services or Power Platform.
SQL and data analysis.
PLC, SCADA or MES data integration.
Experience in regulated or hazardous-materials manufacturing.
Working proficiency in German.

Benefits and important information:

We offer top-decile compensation packages, bonuses and meaningful equity, to attract exceptional aerospace talent.
Every employee is awarded stock options in the company, you will directly benefit from your own hard work and success.
Comprehensive relocation support including flights, shipping and visas.
Lunch, dinner and drinks provided everyday
Free access to shared company housing

Please note, we are a fast paced, hyper-scaling startup. You will need to be comfortable working extended hours with high levels of autonomy, ownership, and flexibility, with contracts structured around a 48-hour working week.

We are committed to building an equitable and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued, has equal access to opportunity, and can thrive. We welcome different perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences—and believe our differences make us stronger.
